  1. The student is expected to attend all classes, undertake all tests and examinations during a program, and abide by all rules and regulations of ICM that are in force at any time.
  2. The contract between the applicant and ICM is governed by the laws of Canada and the Province of Manitoba.
  3. ICM may, by written notice, vary the conditions of enrolment as may be necessary to comply with any law, regulation or amendment thereof, of Canada or the Province of Manitoba.
  4. In the event of circumstances requiring urgent medical care and where it is not possible to contact the parent/guardian, ICM is authorized as a matter of urgency to seek and provide appropriate medical care.  Students are responsible for any additional costs.
  5. International students must meet the minimum English language requirements for entry to the program. English proficiency will be tested and if the test reveals insufficient English language skills, the student will be required to include a bridging English course in the first semester of study, or to enrol in an intensive English language program prior to the commencement of studies.
