If your application is successful, you will be sent a Letter of Offer from ICM explaining the programs you have been offered, the fees payable and the program commencement dates. To formally accept the offer to study at ICM, all fees and charges as stated in your offer letter must be paid in full. This includes partial program fees (usually one semester), plus medical insurance charge. Payment of the amount due should be made in Canadian dollars to the International College of Manitoba by certified bank cheque or international bank draft. Payment may also be made by direct deposit or telegraphic transfer to the following account: Account name: International College of Manitoba Bank name: Royal Bank of Canada Bank address: 1025 West Georgia, Vancouver,BC V6E 3N9, Canada Transit number: 00010 Account number: 133 – 776 – 5 SWIFT Code: ROYCCAT2 We do not accept payments in cash in the ICM office. If you pay by direct deposit or telegraphic transfer, you must provide ICM with proof of payment (such as a receipt). Please quote your student number on the telegraphic transfer or direct deposit. Payment can also be made online at www.icmanitoba.ca On receipt of payment, your place at ICM will be confirmed in writing. Students will receive a Letter of Acceptance and receipt which you must present to a Canadian Diplomatic Mission in your home country when applying for a study permit. Be sure to allow sufficient time for the processing and issuance of your study permit, prior to the starting date of your program. This timeframe may vary from country to country. |
