Winter 2025 New Student Orientation

All new students joining us this January will be expected to attend Orientation. This is a fun chance to meet many other students from around the world before your classes start, while you receive crucial information about starting your university career.

important: Bring your Study Permit when coming to Orientation

Parents are not left behind! There will be a dedicated Parent Orientation happening simultaneously in-person.

Parent Orientation Details:

• Date: Friday, January 3, 2025
• Time: 09:00 AM – 2:30 PM CDT
• Venue: To be communicated to new students by email
• Parents who can’t make it in person, we have you covered, there will be a Virtual Parents’ Orientation on Tuesday, January 7, 9:00 – 10:00 AM CDT
