Welcome to all International College of Manitoba (ICM) students to Western Canada’s oldest university. Since 1877, the University of Manitoba has been at the centre of post-secondary education in our province and maintains a philosophy that access to the best education must be available to all who have the ability to benefit by it, regardless of sex, race, creed, language or nationality.

Our partnership with ICM began in 2008 and is designed to provide eligible students a pathway to transformative learning at the University of Manitoba. I hope that, after you have successfully completed your studies with ICM and you join the University of Manitoba, you achieve everything that you hoped for when you decided to study abroad.
